Takhassus Fi Al-Fiqh Al-Hanafi (تخصص فی الفقہ الحنفی) is an advanced 2-year post-graduate specialization program in Hanafi Islamic Jurisprudence offered by Idara Maarifat ul Quran Online (ادارہ معرفتہ القرآن آن لائن), officially affiliated with Kanzul Madaris Board International. Only students whose Affiliation Fee and Annual Fee are clear may appear in examinations.
Students get maximum 3 chances (Mawaqe) to clear each year's exam: (I) Annual exam, (II) Supplementary connected to next annual, (III) Next annual exam thereafter.
Students failing in 1 subject: Supplementary allowed. Failing in 2 subjects: Two supplementary chances allowed. Failing in more than 3: Must appear as a new student in next annual exam. All previous results cancelled.
Second year exam cannot be taken without passing first year. Both Sal-e-Awwal (Year 1) and Sal-e-Duwam (Year 2) must be completed. Second year admission form can be submitted alongside Year 1 supplementary.
Ibtidai (Grade 6): Min 9 years. Mutawassitah Part 1 (Middle): Min 10 years. Matric Part 1: Min 12 years. Age must be complete at time of registration.
Year 2 assessment includes: (1) Training/Fatawa Assignments — 200 marks, (2) Reading Notes — 200 marks, (3) Research Thesis — 200 marks. Total: 600 marks.
Students must complete Shahadat al-Aaliya or equivalent before Takhassus enrollment. Proper verification of all prior certificates is mandatory.
After supplementary exams, re-checking will be conducted on a regular basis. Roll number slips will also be issued for supplementary papers.
